Apple Music syncing not fixed

I know Apple Music wasn’t syncing almost any streams for a while, and that seems to mostly be fixed; however I think none of the songs i have downloaded are syncing to stats.fm. Since the alert message about Apple Music was removed from the homepage, I wanted to make sure this potential issue was known.
