Stats not tracking
I listened to roughly 6 HOURS of music today and nothing has tracked. Everything tracked is from 26 hours ago. Premium member who pays for this service….
Top Listeners Leaderboard is broken
Went to check some of the ‘records’ that I have and saw that several of the Top Listener Leaderboards show “Couldn’t find any users with streams.” Clicking the more button shows a template page load for a split second before the screen goes white. Clicking the grid button in the top right puts the template into an infinite loading cycle. Looking at the similar posts shows that this has been an issue for over 10 months.
Leaderboard Ranking is not working.
Hello Stats, I am someone who loves music and competition. That is why I downloaded this app. I have noticed an issue. When looking at leaderboards for artists, I see that the ranks are not changing even though people are out-streaming other users and have more listening minutes than them. They are still remaining in the same inaccurate rank. The same has been happening to me. I am in the top listeners list for an artist, and my rank is not going up. Is there a way this can be fixed?
Stats.fm not syncing music from spotify.
I’ve heard so many albums and yet stats.fm refuses to sync the music.
no streams syncing
hi, for quite literally months my stats.am has only been recording 1-10 streams a day, sometimes of songs i dont even listen to, when im actually listening basically all day to different artists and its not logging any of them. i dont know why i pay for this app at this point. please try and fix this issue for apple music asap because me and many others have been tired of it for months
Leaderboards never load or update
Leaderboards mostly refuse to load, and otherwise never update. For example: on the track “Lisa” by JID and 6LACK, it says i’m on spot 21 with 690 minutes, even though i currently have 1000+ minutes on the song and is supposed to be higher on the leaderboard.
Apple Music syncing not fixed
I know Apple Music wasn’t syncing almost any streams for a while, and that seems to mostly be fixed; however I think none of the songs i have downloaded are syncing to stats.fm. Since the alert message about Apple Music was removed from the homepage, I wanted to make sure this potential issue was known.

Apple Music streams not syncing
For a couple of days now the app has stopped updating apple music streams. Please fix immediately.
Leaderboards seem to be paused. No updates on them in over 2 weeks. Streams adding up on my own account but no movement on bands or albums.
Can this be fixed please?? Also I use Spotify…not Apple.
Global leaderboards
My personal stats update, but the global leaderboards for anything havent updated in around a week, probably longer. Quite fustrating.
Top listeners
The top listener section has not updated and any of the artists that I listen to in over two weeks
Apple Music not syncing
When is the issue with Apple Music going to be resolved. I pay for this service & had no data for around a month.
Songs Loading in as the Wrong Song
Hello! I’ve been listening to Lizzy McAlpines new album, Angel, a whole lot the past few days since it came out. Sadly, the app hasn’t updated with this new music and is showing a large uptick in me listening to her other album, Older, and songs from there when I have only really been listening to this one. Like I’ll listen to a new song, and instead it’ll show that songs number equivalent on that other album. Now it’s messing up my time stats with the other album and not tracking my listening properly.

I have a big with Flo album. The track title are not showing properly. I have track number instead
Missing data May-September 2026
I’m missing all listening data for approx Mid May through Mid September 2026 - how can I resolve this?
