⚠️ Ongoing catalog improvements affecting stats

We’re currently working on catalog improvements (the artists, tracks, and albums behind your stats), and some fixes have already started rolling out. Some of you may temporarily notice tracks disappearing from your Top Tracks or stream counts suddenly dropping. This is expected while we clean up duplicates, incorrect merges, and improve overall catalog data. We expect to finish this work by the end of March.

Once the catalog is stabilized, we’ll move on to deeper streaming history fixes. We’re also planning to introduce an option to delete your streaming history and re-import it. This is currently planned for April, and we’ll share an update here when it becomes available.

Quick update from the team 👋 We’re currently working on catalog improvements (the artists, tracks, and albums behind your stats), and some fixes have already started rolling out. Since streaming history is closely connected to the catalog, you might also see some new temporary quirks on top of the issues you’ve already been reporting - like tracks disappearing from your top tracks or stream counts suddenly dropping. This is expected while we clean up duplicates and wrongly merged items, and improve overall catalog data. There are still more weeks of work ahead of us, and things may occasionally look a bit unstable while we continue making changes behind the scenes. This work is also laying the groundwork for future streaming history improvements. Once the catalog is in a better place, we’ll be able to move forward with deeper history fixes - and we’re planning to work towards giving you the option to delete your streaming history and re-import it when that stage is ready. Missing album streams

I just opened the app and found an update, which I downloaded. Now I thought this update finally fixed that problem where I had an album twice and only the added up streams were the actual streams. Now I'll take the Album Graduation as an example. When I add up all the streams on the songs I get to about 8k minutes, before the update there was one with 4.7k and one with 3.3k streams, which added up would also be 8k minutes, now after the update, one of the graduations is gone. Which is good, but also the streams have disappeared, even tho I can still see them on the individual songs. Now there is only one with 4.7k streams and the worst part, when I click on graduation there aren't all songs listed with minutes. My favorite song, homecoming is listed as If I'd never listend to it before. It just seems a bit awkward to see and I would love it if you could look into the issue. Also I love this App. Thank you for your time.

Incorrect listening minutes logged overnight

I woke up this morning and saw my listening minutes had increased by nearly 1000 minutes while I was sleeping. I checked the log and it appears to be repeated plays of songs from an album I listened to offline with my Apple Watch the day before. I listened to the album once (maybe an hour total). I exclusively use Apple Music. I am attaching a screenshot of my day’s listening minutes and the hours of listening between 3 and 4 am include minutes that exceed 1 hour. I don’t know how that is possible but I want this fixed or I won’t have any use for this app going forward.

Not syncing correctly

Hi, My stats don't seem to syncing correctly anymore. I've tried logging out and back in, switching the sync on and off and reinstalling the app. All more than once. It seems to work again briefly, but still with chunks missing and then stops again. It still shows the track that I'm playing though. I'm not sure if this is a known fault, but when I've paid to use the app, I would obviously like it to work properly and be accurate. Many thanks, Claire
