Wrong Top Artists

My #2 artist - I don’t know them. Plus at least 15 others in my top 100 that I don’t listen to, I don’t know who they are. The stats are way off and I paid for this. Really don’t know where these artists are coming from. Plus, I listen to one artist’s one song once, then suddenly they’re in my top 5? Way off.
