wrong stats

stats.fm keeps erasing my stats. it shows songs and artists i’ve listened to a lot as having no streams and no minutes. my top song “waco, texas” by ethel cain had 3,000+ minutes last week, and now it has zero. please fix. it’s not worth it to pay for the service if it’s inaccurate
