Wrong songs being listed

I recently noticed that one of my most played songs was ‘Girl at Home’ by Taylor Swift but I have never listened to the song so I further digged into it and found that whenever I play ‘Red’ by Taylor Swift on Stats.fm it comes up as currently playing ‘Girl at Home’ and when I played ‘Girl at Home’ it came up as ‘Red’
