wrong song shown or not at all

my top song sweater weather shows as a “chopped and skewed” version which should just be the normal one. also a few songs just don’t show up in my streaming history at all. i can find the songs when i look them up but when i click on stats they’ll say streamed x1, when they used to be my favorite songs that i would play over and over and would like to see how many times exactly 😭
