Wrong song display

I noticed, that a song that is not included on my playlist keeps appearing hete on the app. Now i realized, that every time it appears, it’s the same song i actually play.

When i play Tress- Twenty One Pilots on spotify what appears here is Screen- Twenty One Pilots.
