the app says my top song by Le Sserafim is Crazier but I’ve listened to it not more than 5 times. My top song should be Crazy not Crazier. This was just an example, it happened to me many times. Please fix that
Same. I’ve had this app for 3 years. First of all, I paid like $6 for a lifetime membership but that was obviously bullshit since I’m prompted to renew annually now. Nice lil bait and switch. I’m giving Stats.fm until the end of the year to fix the bugs we’ve been begging for since its inception. If they’re not fixed by the end of the year, I’m officially done with this app. Unacceptable for a paid subscription service to not address these big issues after so long.
