Wrong Artists showing up in peoples Top 5

So basically I have a UK artist that i frequently listen to called Blanco. But some random italian Artist whos also called BLANCO ist showing in my top Artists. Even if u click on the Uk rappers songs the italian guy shows up. Its just the fact that the songs are right but they are connected to the wrong guy
