Wrong Albums Covers on Certain songs

Sometimes I look at my list of my most played songs and then there’s some songs with some shitty cover instead of the cover I listened to the song from. For example, I have Can’t Feel My Face by The Weeknd on my past 4 weeks list but instead of the cover for “Beauty Behind The Madness”, instead it’s some shitty album cover that’s titled “Your Songs 2015”
