Why is the app so bugged? 😩

I’m on my last nerves with this app literally why does literally nothing work here? Like the data were missing before already too it was better for like a week but I noticed in the last 3 days when my fav artist released a new song I put it on replay all night while I was at work (night shift) so I know I streamed the songs multiple times because the sound was on too and it also showed up in last played ones list and I restarted the app here multiple times and it didnt updated I had like 2 streams for 24 hours which is not possible even listened to one of my playlists that day too which had different songs as just the one I listened before and nothing from this showed up so probably at least like 200-400 streams from that day are missing also I’m listening still today to the song I listened since July 11 midnight and guess what the streams are missing too again this is so annoying for real it does not update for me but I check up on the song if other users have the same issue but I doubt it because their streams rise from hour to hour only mine not idk if this app just hates me or what is always going on but please fix that the app doesn’t bring any joy when we can’t track properly
