I would like to request assistance regarding what appears to be a significant discrepancy in my recorded listening statistics.

I stream music for long periods daily, often with continuous playback, yet my recorded minutes and streams seem much lower than expected when compared with my actual listening activity. I have also noticed that other users with seemingly similar listening habits receive substantially higher recorded minutes and streams.

I understand that delays, synchronization issues, or platform-specific factors may affect statistics, which is why I am reaching out for clarification rather than making assumptions.

Could you please help me understand:

• How listening minutes and streams are calculated?

• Whether there are known delays in syncing data from Spotify?

• Whether offline listening, multiple devices, or other factors can affect recorded statistics?

• Whether there is anything unusual or incorrect with my account's data collection?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to verify that my listening activity is being tracked correctly.
