unable to see stats

I’m trying to see the daily rankings for an artist and since late yesterday it wont load them and after a while of sitting there it only says unable to load. I’m currently trying to do a challenge where I’m an artists daily number one listener and its kind of hard to complete that when i cant even see where i am at on the ranking list. also LISA’s albums are on another LiSA’s profile and all my stats are registering under LiSA not LISA please fix this its really annoying also the app is overall really slow.
