Unable to load data

For several weeks now I am having the issue of not being able to view any stats on Artist and Personal profiles. The page states “Unable to load data”.

My own stats were also inaccurate. I have tried deleting and re-uploading my data files, this seems to have fixed my own stats but nothing is updating anywhere else. Top Listeners hasn’t updated in over a month and I can’t see any streaming stats for other users.

There have been several app updates since this issue began, none of which have fixed the issue.
