Track that probably changes ID

Hello, I have a track that probably changed its ID and my stats weren't moved to the new “version” of the song. I attached two screenshots, you clearly see that for the artist Anom (and Vayn) I'm at 18k minutes, but the sum of all their musics is at 10k (I only ever listened to only two of his musics Astronaute and 24H Chrono, others were just random). And i’m sure that for the first one, I used to be at over 14k, and now i’m not even at 10k, which means that the 8k missing are from the second music (which doesn't appear, you see number 1 and 3 but not number 2), which is the exact same than the first one but probably changed its identifier on Spotify. Is it possible to link those two entries and get the correct stats back please? Thanks a lot, cordially.
