"Top tracks" playlist not syncing.

As can be seen, playlists that are supposed to update every 24 hours have not updated in a long time. Furthermore, they only contain clean versions of the songs I listen to, when I only ever listen to the explicit version. Disabling and then re-enabling syncing on my 2 affected playlists has not helped the matter either. This problem has persisted for a while.
