Top Listener leaderboards disappeared; trends inconsistent

Since Oct 3 afternoon (JST), the Top Listener/Leaderboard has disappeared for all tracks. It was working normally earlier that day, but at some point between midday and evening it stopped working. Now every song shows empty ("Couldn't find any users with streams").

I am a Plus user with lifetime streaming history imported and "Leaderboards" privacy enabled. Checked on iPhone app and Web — same issue. Tried re-login and reinstall, but it didn’t help.

Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.
