Top artists and albums

Hello! I've recently experienced a problem after buying the Plus version of this app. My top artists and Albums are the exact same for the ,,4 weeks” , ,,6 months” and ,,life time” options. Because I've seen the charts before, I know the data is incorrect. I'm kindly asking you for help, because uninstalling and installing the app back has not worked. Thank you for your answer :)
