Titles appear twice or three times

I noticed that on a recently released album (DREAM()SCAPE from NCT DREAM) it‘s songs appear twice and the title track „Smoothie“ even three times.

It‘s very weird. When I klick on one of the album options it even shows appearance date „April“, which obviously isn’t true.

It‘s bothering me a lot.
