Time zone changes not reflected in year stats

When looking at hour of the day stats, they are all shown in terms of the current timezone. For people who live in two countries on different timezones, this skews stats. Is it possible to have them normalized across time zones? Perhaps using stats.fm’s record of what your timezone was set to at the time?
