The app is very slow/not functioning

I'm trying to enter and use the app for a while now, and it opens one thing that I want to see, but if I want to see anything else, like my most listened songs of this year or albums or artists or change the date or see artists info, I can't open anything, it's just loading forever, the longest I've been waiting is 10min and it still didn't open, so I just started giving up. I paid for the premium version so I should at least be able to use the app well
