The app IS NOT counting my streams for specific songs and it’s swapped the names of songs randomly

Lately I’ve been streaming a LOT of songs but the app is not counting those streams. In the last 3 days I’ve streamed the fate of Ophelia 6 times and the app IS NOT COUNTING those streams it shows that the last time I streamed the song was on November 11th when that’s not true. those streams also don’t appear in my “minutes listened” section. Also I gotta say that I’m not streaming the songs in loop, so there’s no excuse for the app not counting those plays. Please solve this problem. Is not for a specific song. Its happening with a lot.
