The amount of times I've listened to a song is not right

The song Girl At Home by Taylor Swift isn't supposed to be one of my topbsongs, I've barely listened to it. It shows that the song Ronan also by her is not even on the Red album, and it shows that I've never streamed it when I've streamed it dozens of times. On Girl At Home, it says I've listened to it 101 times, that's so inaccurate. I think I've listened to Ronan that many times, and I already requested once for this to change months ago, but still nothing has happened.
