The 2nd singer status gone missing (Again)

Alright, it's been a whole week (after the fix, and again) I checked the status of my top artist and it's missing the top second artist. At first, the first place is Melanie Martinez then the second is Mindless Self Indulgence then third is Red Leather then forth is Something else and then for some reason Melanie Martinez is no where to be seen and of the top artist chart (AGAIN) and it doesn't show the second place (only 1st 3rd 4th and so on) moving MSI on the first, then Red Leather on the third place then the fourth, and there's no second place
