Syncing and upload issues (Apple)

For multiple weeks I have tried to figure out why the file I got from apple won’t work. Stats continues to say it doesn’t contain the correct file, but I know for a fact, I requested the correct file from Apple. I only decided to delete and re-request/upload because I was having such issues with syncing for the past few months. I understand they say they are waiting for Apple to fix certain issues, but how long are you going to wait and how long does that mean we all have to wait? Feels like it’s not even worth having anymore considering it’s been a few months since it’s really been working for me. I have to constantly check back in to see if things are working, and I don’t think it makes sense to just wait for Apple given how long it has been. I hope it is being actively addressed rather than the passive action indicated by the message on the home page. Fix it please and thank you, because at some point I’m not checking back anymore.
