Synched playlists don't match app data

The songs that show up when I create a synched playlist don’t match the ones that show up for the same time range in the app. For example if I make a playlist for my top listened to by minutes for the past 4 weeks, the songs are completely different the the ones shown on my stats page. And sometimes artists are missing entirely when I know i’ve listened to them a lot.

I’m also getting an error message a lot when I try making playlists recently.
