Synced playlists exclude songs

Every single of the synced playlists I make exclude the song called & by Diorama, doesn't matter how high and how much I listen. It's currently around my top 20 in my last 4 weeks and atleast in my top 50 all time and every synch of the playlists, it doesn't appear and deletes it if i added it manually. It's irritating I ABSOLUTELY love that song it's only of my favorites of all time and I like the idea of synch playlists but it just can't synch everything for some reason.
