Synced Playlist lengths make no sense

So, I have all my synced playlists set to 250 songs (as is the max) however for some reason the 365 days has less than the 30 days? that makes no sense? should it not be the other way around?

i understand that they shorten over time as less songs are listened to and that the set number goes down, but i just made these two at the same time.

how is it that i’ve listened to less in the past year than i have in 30 days? how does this make any sense?
