"Support Request: Music Streaming Account Issues

I'm reaching out about two concerns with my account:

1. Duplicate Artist Profiles: Two Jin profiles are listed in my top artists, and I suspect streams are being incorrectly attributed.

2. Streaming List Visibility: I'm unable to see my ranking on certain artists' lists (e.g., BTS, Jhope).
