Streams removed from one song I had a lot of minutes on.

This song I’ve been listening to a lot “My Everything” by Bryant Barnes came out September last year and is was a single to his album that came out later, so when that came out, I still only listened to the single version since I didn’t want the app to separate my streams from the single version and the album version. Anyways I had more than 1,000 minutes on the single version and as of a couple of days ago it cleared all my minutes from that song for some unknown reason. I’m still listening and it has been counting still but it restarted me from zero. Not sure if there’s anyway you can fix this, but it’d be greatly appreciated.
