Streams removed and not updated

This has probably been mentioned, but I’ve had a song that I listened to a lot last year so it was near the top of my streams. A couple of months ago, all the streams reset and it still hasn’t been updated, only th streams from the past 2 months have been counted. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
