streams not syncing

there is no data displayed for my last 4 weeks of listening at all. I’ve enabled syncing streams and have imported previous data, it worked before this but now it doesn’t show my streams anymore nor does it show my profile picture. i’ve tried logging in and out, redownloading, etc, but nothing seems to work. Something notable might be that I listen on my laptop instead of my phone, but I do use the same account.
