Streams not counting at all

I streamed the entirety of ‘Virgin’ by Lorde this morning and hours later the streams still haven't recovered - it says I haven't even streamed a song by her today??

The same issue keeps happening with certain songs - my streams for Laufey's ‘Tough Luck’ stopped recording on August 20th for me for some bizarre reason (I have streamed the song almost daily since and it hasn't been recorded at all?)
