Streams not counting

I can see the songs in the recently played section but then the don’t update on the actual stream counting or on the songs ect. It’s really frustrating as it never seems to log the streams of songs when I listened offline which happens when I drive to work. It used to catch up and log it when I connected to wifi but now it doesn’t do this at all so all my stats are wrong and there seems to be no fix even though it’s been an issue for a while
