Streams For Tracks Incorrectly Recorded

I’ve noticed bugs showing up for multiple songs I listen to where the streams are not being combined overall as one track. For example, I have been listening to the new Dua Lipa track, “Illusion” over the past couple of weeks. Initially, it would show up as a stream for “Illusion”. For about a week or so, now when I listen to “Illusion” the app counts it as a stream for “Ilusion - Instrumental”: an entirely different track. Because of this, my streaming numbers are off. This also occurred to the new SZA song, “Saturn”. I have listened to it over the past few months, and recently listened again. My stream for it was labeled under “Saturn (Live)” which is a different track and not the track I listened to.
