Streams duplicate after import

I saw numerous reports about this problem even a few months ago, but it still exists. I decided to delete the old files and re-import the new ones. However, now there are a lot of duplicate streams. I assume that these are duplicate streams counted by the app and from the imported files. However, this really messes up the top artists, songs, and albums. It cannot be that a 3-minute track was listened to twice in 2 minutes. Now they cannot be interpreted correctly. Is it possible to fix this somehow? For example, delete what the app recorded up to a certain day (when I requested the full listening history from Spotify) and from that point on, allow the app to count the streams. I am attaching several screenshots showing the difference in the number of streams before and after import (I took songs and artists that I started listening to after registering on Stats.fm).
