Streams do not sync and do not reflect listening time.

I have a song that I’ve definitely listened to on repeat multiple times on single, separate days this past week. stats.fm has it listed as only once per day this past week. I know that I’ve definitely listened to it WAY more than that. Don’t know what’s going on because my stats are not updating and I compared it to Spotify’s listening stats and those are way different. I’m a plus subscriber too….
