Streams counting separately

I noticed that sometimes one song might have more than one ”submission”(?) like for example from one from an album and one from single. This makes the streams distorted because it doesn’t recognize the songs as the same song. Like in reality I’ve listened to a song for over 50 times but since it’s divided between two ”submmissions” of one song it doesn’t show as my most listened song. Is it ever possible to fix this somehow?
