streams counting for different songs

when i listen to sailor song by gigi perez, the app says it’s playing but then when the song is done, it counts the stream for an instrumental version of the song that i’ve never listened to before and it says i haven’t listened to the original since november 23rd. other people i’ve talked to are having the same problem. this isn’t the first time something like this has happened for me with different songs but i believe this is the song it’s happened to for the longest time for me
