Streams counting for an album but not for the track itself

I've been listening to St. Vincent's All Born Screaming a lot lately and have been wondering why none of the album tracks are really rising in my listening stats. I discover that though my streaming history shows the album tracks being listened to, it hasn't been recording their streams until today! All album tracks except for a single previously released show 1 stream total and that was from today, this is obviously a bug and a pretty large issue in my eyes.
