Streams and rankings not updating

Hello!

My streams aren’t updating correctly. I have more than 500 plays on a song, but when I check the rankings, I don’t even appear in the top 1,000, even though I have more plays than most of the users in the top 10.

The artists’ play counts aren’t updating either. It seems like my stats are not being properly reflected in the rankings.

Could you please check if there’s an issue with my stats or the rankings? Thank you!
