Streams and minutes Not accurate

The song below I have streamed for a bit coming in at 4907 minutes. When I streamed it today that totally reset everything. And it’s kind of pissing me off. Have no idea what happened but hope this gets fixed because pic one’s minutes is not showing up on pic 2 until I go and click on the album version.
