streaming stats

so ive been having a good time with this app and the last 3 days my streams arent counting! and its doing the same thing on airbuds and its really getting to me! and it is also saying ‘sync data’ and its already synced so i unsynced it and resynced it and it wont work and i streamed ‘revolving doors’ + more songs that i stream daily and it keeps saying i last streamed it 3 days ago and i think its unfair cause i stream everyday and for it to only count ariana grande songs only 20 of them?? its not fair and i need advice or if u can fix it it would be great! thank you , kieran
