streaming and stats losing

hello i do sent a report once and it's still doesn't work. worst than before i start losing my stream and minutes like crazy even thought i try every method i can’t continue to be like this cause i subscribe to this app to see my streaming and minutes count not to losing a lot of my stream like this thanks you .
