Hello stats.fm Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am facing an issue with my listening data not syncing properly. I have been listening to music on Spotify continuously for the last 3 hours, but none of my recent activity is appearing in stats.fm.
At the moment:
- My “last listening activity” section is empty
- It shows only one stream for today
- However, I have listened to more than 100 songs during this time
This is quite concerning as my activity is not being recorded correctly.
Could you please check:
1. If there is any delay or syncing issue from your side
2. Whether my account connection with Spotify is working properly
3. If I need to re-sync or re-import my data
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
