Stream data genuinely ruined

I don’t know what the deal is, but everyone else on this app has been complaining that their streams don’t show properly and they’re right. I had well over 20 albums over 1500 minutes of listening time down to the 2-3-400 minute range. The songs still have my minutes, but then other albums my minutes reset. My question is why? What is the issue? Why are all the streams just getting slashed?
