Stream Counts wayyyy off

There seems to be something off with the way the app is counting streams. I have a couple songs I’ve listened to once, twice, MAX three times, and somehow they are in my top listened track for the entire month. It’s very confusing and misleading and I’d just like my true, accurate data back.
