last week i changed my payment method to a different card, as the previous card was invalid. when i added the new card into my account, it took £4 off for pro, as i am on an annual subscription. however, the app is denying me access to pro subscription, and is asking me to pay for it although it has already taken the money. i am disappointed to say the least, as i will not paying double and this needs to be sorted. i have the transaction proof on my card and would like this to be sorted immediately.
