Stats.fm plus renewal

I started paying for this a year ago and payed 3 pound of the year. I got billed another 3 pound last week to supposedly pay for another year of plus but i come onto the app to see that my plus has been cancelled? I’ve paid for another year already so i would like another year of stats.fm plus in return.
